Speaking · Keynotes for restaurant groups

I’ve run restaurants at every scale. I’ll tell your room what breaks at the third unit.

One talk, for restaurant leadership teams, franchise conventions and hospitality associations. It comes from twenty years of operating, not from a speaking résumé.

Built, Not Born

How restaurant brands scale without losing their identity.

The first restaurant works because of the people who built it, and that doesn’t travel to the next ones on its own. By the third or fourth unit those people can’t be in every restaurant, and the standard starts to vary by location before the numbers show it. I walk the room through where growth breaks a restaurant brand, what to standardize and what to leave alone, and how to get clearer on what matters and stop doing the rest. Your audience leaves with a way to look at their own group, not a pep talk.
